Register
Create a registration request to access training modules on greeting cadence, needs discovery, fitting room flow, add-on language, and calm closing techniques for clothing retail.
What registration means
berenolix is structured like a store playbook: clear language, repeatable sequences, and short drills that can be used in onboarding and pre-shift huddles. Registration is a request to create access and start onboarding by email. It is not a public checkout and there is no phone collection on this site.
You will receive
- An onboarding email with the next steps and expected timeline
- Guidance on how to use modules for new starters and refreshers
- A practical baseline for tone, questions, and fitting room follow-ups
Data minimisation
The form collects your name, email address, and a password for your account request. Use a unique password and do not reuse a password from another service. You can request deletion at any time via email.
What happens next
After you submit the form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. We then review the request and send an onboarding email to the address you provided. If anything looks incomplete (for example, a typo in the email address), we will ask for clarification by email only.
For associates
Use modules as a weekly sequence: greeting, discovery, fitting room follow-up, add-ons, and closing. The “two-option” phrasing is designed to reduce awkward silences.
For managers
Run the practice prompts as a five-minute huddle. Keep the cadence tight: one scenario, two lines, one replay. Consistency improves faster than long lectures.
Explore what the course covers before you register
If you want to see the structure first, the Course Benefits page explains the modules and the store-floor scenarios they map to.
